Kevin Donovan

Senior Vice President - Security & Surveillance at Atlantis Bahamas

Kevin Donovan has extensive work experience in the field of security and law enforcement. Kevin currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Security & Surveillance at Atlantis Bahamas, a role they have held since December 2023. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Naval Nuclear Laboratory (FMP) where they served as the Deputy Director of Security from December 2019 to December 2023, and as the Manager of Physical Security from August 2017 to December 2019. Before joining Naval Nuclear Laboratory, Kevin had a long career with the FBI. Kevin served as a Section Chief in charge of the National Name Check Program Section from January 2015 to August 2017. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Special Agent in Charge in Alaska from June 2011 to January 2015. Kevin also served as the Legal Attache for Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia from June 2009 to June 2011, and as the Supervisory Special Agent and Deputy Unit Chief for FBI Police operations in various locations from February 2003 to April 2005. Kevin began their career in law enforcement as a Police Officer for Middletown Township Police, where they served from August 1986 to October 1996.

Kevin Donovan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Rutgers University. Kevin attended the FBI National Academy in 2000 for Law Enforcement Leadership. In 2014, they participated in the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar for Law Enforcement Leadership. In 1996, Donovan completed the New Agents Training at the FBI Academy. Additionally, they attended a Seminar in Navigating Strategic Change at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2005.
