Wayne Archer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wayne started their career as a Legislative Intern for the Nevada Attorney General Frankie Sue Del Papa in 2000 and later worked as an Aide for the Office of U.S. Senator Harry Reid from 2003 to 2007. In 2010, they served as the Government Affairs Manager for Club Cal Neva Hotel & Casino before joining PoliTemps, Inc. as an Associate in 2008. Wayne then worked as a Reservations Sales Agent for Caesars Entertainment Corporation from 1999 to 2002. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Marshal for Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course & Restaurant in addition to being a Technology Clerk/Committee Secretary for the Nevada State Senate. Wayne also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nevada Reno from 2014 to 2016. Wayne joined Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in 2015 as an Assistant Slot Shift Manager and later held positions such as Database Marketing Analyst and Assistant Director of Slot Operations. Currently, Wayne is serving as the Director of Casino Operations at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.
Wayne Archer's education history begins with their high school education at Douglas High School, where they obtained their diploma. Afterwards, they attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. During this time, they also pursued a minor in Gaming Management. Following their undergraduate studies, Wayne pursued further education and attended the University of Nevada, Reno once again from 2011 to 2014, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Gaming. In 2013, Wayne also obtained a certificate in Gaming Management from the William R. Eadington Executive Development Program, which was a collaboration between UNR and UNLV. Wayne's educational journey also includes a brief international experience in 2012 when they participated in the Summer Public Policy Programme at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Most recently, in 2018 and 2019, Wayne studied at Great Basin Aviation to acquire their Private Pilot certification.
