Albana Abazi

Albana Batuša has extensive experience in the field of project management and customer relationship management, currently serving as Project & Support Lead CX in the Power Technique Business Area at Atlas Copco since August 2015. Previous roles at Atlas Copco include Business Process Expert for SAP Cloud for Customer for the EMEA region, where training for CRM Leads was a key responsibility, and Customer Relationship Management Lead for the DACH & Benelux region, which involved administration and training material creation for SAP Cloud for Customer. Albana also worked as a Regional Business Analyst, focusing on ad-hoc analysis and internal control systems. Prior to these roles, Albana worked as a trainee at Reederei AG EMS from June 2007 to August 2015.
