Head of Marketing Latam at Atlas Governance

Cíntia Siqueira Muller has a diverse work experience in marketing and digital roles. Cíntia is currently the Head of Marketing Latam at Atlas Governance since March 2022, where they oversee the Marketing teams in Brazil and Latin America, focusing on demand generation, optimization of acquisition channels, and brand positioning.

Prior to that, Cíntia was the Head of Marketing at Sanar from April 2021 to February 2022, where they were responsible for the Marketing and Trade teams, focusing on acquisition optimization, process structuring, and usability improvements in the e-commerce sector.

Cíntia also worked at TiqueTaque as the Head of Growth from October 2020 to April 2021, where they achieved significant results such as a 335% increase in recurring revenue and a 280% increase in the customer base. Cíntia later transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager, responsible for the Growth and Branding teams as well as sales, where they focused on continuous optimization of the marketing and sales funnel and acquisition planning.

Cíntia has experience in community management and digital marketing, having worked as the Community Marketing Manager at CreativeDrive from April 2019 to September 2019, where they led the Community, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams, and implemented user acquisition, retention, and worldwide strategies.

Their previous experience includes working as the Head of Digital Marketing at Sicoob SC/RS from February 2017 to March 2019, where they developed the digital marketing arm of Sicoob in Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. Cíntia focused on channel development, planning and execution of budgets, campaigns, and content, with emphasis on user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX). Cíntia also worked as a Senior Marketing Analyst at the same company, developing campaigns and actions aligned with institutional and product objectives.

Cíntia has also worked as a Marketing Consultant at Grupo Morena Rosa, as a Designer at Estúdio Rô Reitz, and as a Communication Intern at the Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Santa Catarina. Cíntia has a background in design and has volunteered at the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.

Cíntia Siqueira Muller's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completed between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design, specializing in Product and Graphic Design, from the Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina, from 2006 to 2010.
