Darae Calloway has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career as a Shift Supervisor at Rite Aid, where they managed store associates, provided customer service, and handled financial tasks. They then joined UPMC as a Medical Records Technician, responsible for preparing and maintaining patient charts. At the University of Pittsburgh, Darae served as an Administrative Assistant, Benefits Representative, and Compensation Coordinator, performing a range of duties related to benefits administration, event organization, and data management. They later returned to UPMC as a Compensation Analyst, providing consultation and conducting evaluations for compensation-related issues. Most recently, Darae worked as a Compensation Analyst at Pittsburgh Regional Transit, where they participated in wage and salary program planning and analysis.
