Nate Salatin

Nate Salatin has a diverse work experience. Nate is currently working as the VP of People & Finance at PlantHouse, a terrarium workshop and premium plant store. Prior to this, they co-founded ATLAS Navigator, a talent management software company, and worked as the Managing Partner at Horizon Ventures, a venture investing firm. Nate also served as an Executive Board Member (Past President) at ATD Florida Suncoast Chapter, Inc., where they supported and connected with talent development professionals. Nate has previous experience at Luck Companies, where they held various roles including General Manager, Corporate Development Manager, and Finance Executive Trainee. Additionally, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at TM Capital. Nate began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Sergeant and gained experience in training and mission effectiveness. Nate is a combat veteran with an active Secret Clearance.

Nate Salatin obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Virginia Military Institute from the year 2005 to 2011. Nate majored in Economics and Business, with a minor in International Studies.
