Daniele Merki Rocha

Daniele Merki Rocha has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Daniele joined Atlas Renewable Energy in 2020 as a Legal Counsel. Prior to that, they worked at Amcor from 2015 to 2020, where they held the position of Legal Counsel. In this role, they were responsible for contracts analysis and negotiation with suppliers and customers across Latin America. Daniele also played a significant role in compliance, implementing training programs, issuing policies, and investigating reports of misconduct. Before joining Amcor, Daniele worked at Costa Pereira e Di Pietro Advogados from 2013 to 2015 as a Lawyer. Daniele also gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at Raízen from 2011 to 2013 and at UNICOBA from 2009 to 2011.

Daniele Merki Rocha has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Compliance and Fraud Risk Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração. This was obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2015, Daniele completed a postgraduate specialization in Business Law (Lato Sensu) at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. The earliest education achievement was a Law degree from the same university, which was completed from 2008 to 2012.
