Lourdes J. Powell, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lourdes is currently the Head of Talent Strategy at ATLAS SP Partners since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked for News Corp as a Senior HR Advisor in the Human Resources HQ Finance department from December 2021 to July 2023. Lourdes also has experience at Citi, where they held the role of Global Senior HR Advisor for Citi Global Wealth Investments & Investment Financing from December 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they worked at Bank Leumi USA as a First Vice President and Senior Human Business Partner, and as a Vice President Senior HR Business Partner for Commercial Banking, Risk, & Corporate Functions. Lourdes also worked at Citi as a Vice President HR Advisor for Risk. Lourdes started their career at Barclays as a Vice President HR Business Partner.
