Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our remote customer service team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality service, reporting directly to the Call Center Manager.

Responsibilities

  • team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals;

  • performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate metrics; implement improvement strategies;

  • operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional service; handle escalated complaints and solutions;

  • reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on performance and productivity;

  • compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations; conduct quality checks;

  • continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to enhance call agents’ work experience and daily operations;

  • handle outbound and inbound calls, interacting with medical offices, healthcare providers, and office administrators. Read scripts to verify and update affiliated provider data, perform data entry and maintain confidentiality;

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of management experience in a call center environment;
  • bachelor’s degree/diploma in business administration, management, or related field preferred;
  • proven leadership and excellent communication skills;
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • proficiency in call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office;
  • strong analytical skills with data interpretation capability;
  • commitment to delivering exceptional customer service;
