Job Summary

  • 100% Work-from-home telecommuting position at $13.50/hour with additional incentives

Responsibilities include

  • Handle outbound and inbound calls
  • Interact with medical offices, healthcare providers and office administrators
  • Read script and verify affiliated Provider Data
  • Perform data entry to update Provider Data
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Follow-up calls where necessary
  • Identify and escalate any issues
