Namyata Sharma

Namyata Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Namyata currently works at Atlas as a Talent Acquisition Lead for the APAC region. Their responsibilities include recruiting for different sectors such as Products & Technology, People & Culture, Business Development, Legal, Finance, Strategy, and Marketing. Prior to working at Atlas, Namyata was a Talent Acquisition Lead at ELEMENTS GLOBAL SERVICES for the APAC region.

Before their role in talent acquisition, Namyata worked as a Jr Human Resource Business Partner at Milliman for over three years. Namyata also gained experience as an HR Analyst at Whirlpool Corporation and as an HR Officer specializing in Workforce Planning and Analytics at Ericsson. At Ericsson, they were responsible for providing accurate and reliable HRMS reports and acted as the regional SPOC for reporting requirements.

Early in their career, Namyata worked as a Graduate Management Trainee at TCI & Thomas Cook and as an Intern at Sharda Group of Institution. Overall, they have developed a strong background in talent acquisition, human resources, and workforce planning and analytics.

Namyata Sharma completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Anand Engineering College from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Commerce degree at St. Anthony's Junior College in Agra from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Posh Certificate from Tuv Sud South Asia Private Limited in July 2021.
