Renu Rawat has extensive work experience in the field of technology and quality assurance. Renu started their career as a Testing Executive at Infosys, where they created and executed test plans for data security and integrity validations for a US-based insurance corporation's web portal. Renu also worked on enhancing regression testing scripts and collaborating with the onsite team.

Renu then joined Global Logic as a Senior Test Engineer, where they validated data pipelines and implemented optimizations for SQL test data generation. Renu also worked on measuring performance SLAs and automation between web application versions.

Renu then moved on to Motricity as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, focusing on testing a cloud-based web portal providing content to customers. Renu executed testing scenarios for high-volume functionalities and collaborated with the design team.

At Aon Hewitt, Renu worked as a Test Analyst and was involved in sprint planning, creating features and user stories, and implementing testing automation using Selenium in Cucumber framework for Salesforce tools. Renu also provided demos to stakeholders and communicated their feedback to the development team.

Renu then joined Alight Solutions as a Senior Test Analyst, where they updated process flows and added step-by-step process flows in BRDs.

Next, Renu worked at Grid Infocom as a QA Lead before joining Optum as a Business Analyst. At Optum, they worked on RPA Uipath projects, ensuring the smooth life cycle of RPA solutions and contributing to requirement gathering and creating BRDs.

Most recently, Renu has been working at ELEMENTS GLOBAL SERVICES and Atlas as a Product Analyst, utilizing their skills in analyzing products and contributing to their development.

Overall, Renu has built a diverse skill set and has consistently contributed to the success of various organizations throughout their career.

Renu Rawat completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Kurukshetra University, which took place from 2004 to 2007. In addition, they obtained two certifications: "Introduction to Robotic Process Automation" from Simplilearn in December 2020 and "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" from Scrum Alliance, also in December 2020.
