Angela Massey currently serves as the Head of Strategic Customer Engagement at Atlassian, a position held since January 2025, where the focus is on ensuring customer success with the Atlassian portfolio. Prior to this role, Angela spent over 12 years at SAP, contributing significantly as the Global SVP of Customer Adoption and Success and being a founding member of the global RISE team, which facilitated customers' transitions from on-premise solutions to the Cloud. Angela also held various leadership roles within SAP, including Regional Head of Customer Office for EMEA North and Regional Head of Industry CoE for Telecommunications and Public Sector in EMEA. Earlier experience includes working as a Business Change Manager and Rollout Manager at Queensland Rail from December 1993 to October 1997. Following a distinguished 27-year career at SAP, Angela is taking a six-month break to relax on beaches worldwide.
