Connor Sears

Connor Sears is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager for Loom at Atlassian since September 2024, Connor previously founded and led Rewatch as CEO until its acquisition by Atlassian. Prior roles include Product Design Manager at Meta and Senior Director of Product Design at GitHub, where Connor managed both Product Design and Product Management teams. Earlier career highlights include founding EveryTeam, and positions at Pinterest, Twitter, ZURB, Elevation Creative Studios, and Hitcents.com, with a focus on design and product strategy. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Kentucky.
