Melanie Cacpal

Melanie Cacpal is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in social work and customer service. Currently serving as a Social Worker at Health Service Alliance since June 2024, Melanie has a robust skill set that includes mentoring in after-school programs with ALL-STAR ACADEMICS and working as a bartender for music festivals at F&B Innovation Partners. With experience as a fashion model at TMJ Models and a brand ambassador with ATN Event Staffing, Melanie has also held positions as an independent contractor, Instacart shopper, and Lyft driver. Earlier roles included a Front End Supervisor at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and a mobile consultant at Best Buy. Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from La Sierra University and is pursuing a Master of Social Work degree focused on Clinical/Medical Social Work.
