Nikki Ford

Nikki Ford has extensive work experience in the education industry. Nikki started their career at Explore Learning in 2011, where they held various roles. As an Assistant Director, they gained experience in teaching, business operations, and team management. Nikki then became a Centre Director, responsible for the performance and management of a learning center. In their most recent role as Regional Manager, they oversaw a team of 26 Center Directors/Assistant Directors across eight learning centers, ensuring profitability, sales and marketing strategies, people development, and exceptional customer service. In 2022, Nikki joined Atom Learning as a Recruitment, Success, and Operations Manager, and briefly served as Head of Tuition - Business Development and people management before assuming their current role.

Nikki Ford attended the University of the West of England from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology.
