Loren Statema has over 19 years of work experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development. In 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Atom Power, Inc. and Lead Recruiter. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams from 2021. From 2016 to 2021, they were a HR Business Partner at Manheim, where they organized and implemented weekly hiring events with improved onboarding processes, while instrumental in developing new on-site call center and coaching and development of new leaders. From 2011 to 2016, they were an HR Manager and HR Coach at Lowe's Companies, Inc. where they lead talent acquisition for Retail Store and Distribution Center, including seasonal hiring and backfill positions. Prior to that, they held roles as a Store Manager at Starbucks from 2010 to 2011, District Cafe Trainer at Barnes & Noble from 2007 to 2010, Manager at Chick-fil-A from 2005 to 2007, and Box Office Manager at South Florida Fair & Expo Center from 2002 to 2005.

Loren Statema attended Central Washington University from 1993 to 1998, where they studied Music Education, Theatre, and General Studies. In 2021, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (PHR\u00ae) certification from HRCI, and in 2017, they obtained a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
