Hubertus Badinski

Hubertus Badinski has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Hubertus is currently the Head of People & Culture at Atos Medical since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Interim Human Resources Manager, leading and managing HR functions in an interim capacity. From 2019 to 2022, they served as HR Director at NKT, where they were responsible for labor relations, re-organization of structures, and leading the German HR team. Hubertus also contributed to the recruitment process and transformation of processes and systems. Before joining NKT, they held the position of HR Manager/Director ad interim at a consulting company and was also the HR Director Europe ai at Seton Company. Hubertus gained significant experience at AkzoNobel as HR Manager Europe North and HR Manager DACH & Nordics. Hubertus started their career as an HR Director at Kentucky Fried Chicken and later worked as Leiter Human Resources / Zentrale Dienste at Marc O`Polo International GmbH. Hubertus also had a brief stint as a Consultant at HR Berater & HR Interim Management.

Hubertus Badinski obtained their Assessor degree in Jurastudium, allgemein from the University of Tübingen in 1990. Hubertus has also obtained additional certifications in Agile und digitale Transformation, Verhaltens Profil Analyse (VPA), Change Management – Grundlagen, Design Thinking – Grundlagen, and Talente finden und binden from LinkedIn and Thomas International between 2018 and 2022.
