Alper Yasemin

Alper Yasemin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Most recently, they held the position of Director of Software Engineering at ATP from July 2022. Prior to that, Alper worked as a Software Development Manager at ATP from November 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining ATP, Alper had a long tenure at Huawei, where they served in various roles. They started as an Intern at Aselsan in June 2009 before moving on to SoftTech Co. as a Software Specialist from October 2010 to November 2011. Subsequently, they worked at Nart Bilişim Hizmetleri as a Software Engineer from November 2011 to November 2012. Following this, Alper joined Akgün Software Co. as a Software Developer from November 2012 to November 2013.

The majority of Alper's career has been spent at Huawei, where they held multiple positions. They began as a Software Engineer from November 2013 to October 2015. Then, they served as a System Design Engineer from October 2015 to November 2016, responsible for the technical management of software projects. After that, Alper worked as a Solutions Architect from October 2016 to March 2019, focusing on customer requirements and driving R&D projects. They were then promoted to an Engineering Manager from March 2019 to January 2021, overseeing a team of 10+ frontend, backend, full-stack, and mobile developers. At the same time, Alper became a New Product Management Committee Member, evaluating new ideas and checking existing product situations on a weekly basis. From January 2021 to November 2021, they held the role of Software Project Director & Engineering Manager, leading multiple mobile application projects in parallel.

Alper Yasemin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Baskent University, which was obtained from the years 2005 to 2009. Before that, Alper Yasemin completed High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates with a specialization in the Guitar Main Art Section from Hacettepe University, with the years of attendance being 2000 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Alper Yasemin has obtained several certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in 2023, the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2021, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI TR in 2019.
