Arym Diamond

Arym Diamond is a business advisor and former Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a background in sales and analytics. Arym currently works with Atrium Insights, and has previously held positions at Salesforce and CalAmp.

Diamond began their career in sales, working their way up to Vice President of North American Sales for the Enterprise Business Unit at Salesforce. In this role, they were responsible for leading multiple teams across the U.S. and Canada and overseeing the sales, service, and marketing departments. Arym was also instrumental in taking a new product to market, Einstein Analytics, and participated in the integration of the acquisitions of BeyondCore and Tableau.

In March 2020, Diamond joined CalAmp as part of the Executive Leadership team and Named Executive Officer (NEO) reporting to CEO. In this role, they were responsible for global Sales, Sales Operations, Salesforce CRM, Pre-Sales Solution Engineering, Implementation, Field Application Engineering, Customer Success, and Renewals. Arym left CalAmp in January 2022.

Diamond is currently an advisor at Atrium Insights.

Arym Diamond has an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, with a focus in business strategy, merger and acquisitions, marketing, operations, communication, and macro economics. Arym also has a CELTA / TEFL Certificate from the University of Cambridge, allowing their to teach as a trainer or teacher. Additionally, Arym has a degree in international studies from California State University, Long Beach, and is certified in project management from UC Irvine via PMI Institute and UCI Extension Services.
