Oluseyi Olufikayo-Olabiyi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2008 as a Class Teacher at Kiddies Ville Group, Olabiyi gained experience in creating lesson notes and writing daily reports. They then worked as an Assistant Laboratory Scientist at General Hospital Gashua in 2008 and as a Customer Relations/Admin Officer at Novella Techsys from 2009 to 2011. Olabiyi then transitioned to the Nigerian Stock Exchange as a Customer Service Officer from 2011 to 2013 before moving on to roles as a Human Resources Administration Officer at Dayola Property & Development Company and as a Human Resources Generalist at Lotus Capital Limited. At Unilever, Olabiyi held positions such as Core HR Specialist, HR Partner/Core HR Specialist, HR Data Specialist West Africa, and People Experience Lead Sales & Marketing Nigeria from 2015 to 2021. They then pursued a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management at Conestoga College from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Olabiyi holds multiple roles at ATS Corporation, including Team Lead of HR Strategic Initiatives.
