Sarah Zivoin

Sarah Zivoin is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at ATS Corporation since July 2023. Previously, Sarah held the same title at Intact from April 2021 to July 2023, focusing on product development and regulatory counsel. From November 2014 to April 2021, Sarah worked as Corporate Counsel at Economical Insurance, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and providing strategic legal advice. An earlier role as an Associate at Dueck, Sauer, Jutzi & Noll LLP involved a solicitor-based practice emphasizing corporate, commercial, real estate, and employment law. Additionally, Sarah served as a Lecturer at the University of Waterloo, teaching real estate, contract, and intellectual property law. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University.
