Steven Murray

Steven Murray has over 23 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and operations field. Steven is currently the Director of Operations at ATS Automation, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Baylis Medical Company from January 2019 to October 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Vice President of Operations at Hadrian. Steven has also held roles such as Director of Manufacturing Operations at Melitron Corporation, Director of Manufacturing and Operations at Baanto, and Director, NPRC Engineering Operations at BlackBerry. Steven started their career as a Snr Field Service Engineer at Astro Technology in 1998 and has since worked in various engineering and manufacturing roles at companies such as Jabil and Keihin Technology Inc.

Steven Murray completed a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Mechatronics from West Lothian College, Kirkton Campus Livingston from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they obtained their Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Coatbridge College, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In addition, they have earned certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Blackberry Mobiles (RIM) in 2014 and completed a 4 Year Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship at Terex Corporation in 1992.
