Joe Harten

Joe Harten has extensive experience in technology security and software development, currently serving as the Director of Technology Security at AT&T since October 2002, where Joe manages a team focused on large-scale data collection, processing, and storage for cybersecurity efforts. Prior to this role, Joe held several positions at BitWrench from May 2000 to May 2002, including Senior Technical Director and Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included requirements gathering, customer interaction, documentation, and software development. Joe holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Georgetown University (1997-2001).
