Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, LATAM, DIRECTV Latin America at AT&T

Nadine Pavlovsky is the current Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for LATAM at AT&T. Nadine has previously worked as a marketing consultant for Citi and DIRECTV. Nadine is responsible for leading a broad marketing team of 400 people in the LATAM region, encompassing the areas of communications, social media, digital acquisition, brand management, research, product management and strategy, advanced analytics, BI and churn management. Nadine is also P&L responsible for the revenue line and accountable for all marketing budget. Nadine is an advocate for the diversity and inclusion initiatives and leads the Women of LATAM council. Nadine is also the champion of the women mentoring program.

Nadine Pavlovsky has a degree in Gestion de las comunicaciones en las Organizaciones from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Nadine also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. In addition, they have completed the IRG 100 Leadership Program at the Institute for Real Growth. Nadine has also received certification from Yale School of Management in the Senior Executive Leadership Program and from Kellogg Executive Education in the CEO Management Program.

Their manager is Lori Lee, CEO, AT&T Latin America & Global Marketing Officer. Nadine Pavlovsky works with Michael Bowling - President DIRECTV Latin America, Vrio Corp., AT&T Latin America, David Daines - Head of Corporate Strategy & Development, AT&T Latin America, and Maria Casanovas - VP & CFO, DIRECTV Latin América.
