Russell Hofmeister is an experienced professional with a career spanning various leadership roles in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Associate Director of Gen AI Upskilling Strategy at AT&T, Hofmeister has previously held positions including Director of Talent at Apryse, and Global Recruiting Leader at Amazon. Prior experience includes significant roles at AT&T as Lead Consultant in HR Technology, Senior Project/Process Manager for Employee Experience, and Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, as well as serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at DIRECTV.
