Arash Rakhshan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in AI/ML decision engines, software architecture, and team management. Currently working at Attentive, Arash focuses on building AI/ML decision solutions. Previously held the role of Sr. Engineering Manager at Bolt, overseeing a team responsible for a significant portion of transactions in the eCommerce sector, while also leading the development of strategic solutions including integrations with Salesforce and SAP. Arash's career includes positions as Director of Software Engineering at Bigstream, Founder and CEO of Dagizmo, Engineering Manager at Southwest Airlines, and Principal Architect at NetSeer, Inc., among others.
