Joshua Schwartz's work experience is as follows:

1. Director of Operations / COO at Attic Projects (2022-present): Joshua reports directly to the company owners and is responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the profitable performance of multiple locations.

2. Chief Operating Officer – Integrator at FRSTeam Custom Commercial The Contents Specialists (2020-2022): As the senior leader, they optimized the sales, administration, and operations performance of all Southern California locations. Joshua also led companywide Contents Roll Out for 50 locations across the US.

3. General Manager at Excel Construction Services, Inc. (2017-2019): Joshua managed administration operations in commercial construction for multiple locations and oversaw various departments such as HR, Warehouses, Purchasing, and Facilities.

4. General Manager at Durham School Services (2015-2017): Joshua managed home-to-school transportation for multiple school districts and ensured effective service delivery while maintaining customer relationships.

5. Store Manager at TOYS "R" US (2012-2015): Joshua led a team of 50 members, created a supportive culture, and coached and developed Assistant Managers.

Joshua Schwartz completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at California State University, Chico from 1997 to 2001. In 2019, they pursued further education in Construction Management, obtaining OSHA 510 certification from UC San Diego. Additionally, they completed various training programs at the OSHA Training Institute Education Center, including 30-Hour, HAZWOPER 24 HR, CPR, and First Aid.
