Samantha Villegas, an engineer with experience in various companies such as Atwell, LLC, JBI Partners, Inc., and Martin Midstream Partners L.P. Samantha also worked as an assistant at the Respite Care Program. Samantha has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Tyler.
