Amy Bollinger

VP, Learning & Development at AtWork Group

Amy Bollinger has been with AtWork Group since May 2014, serving as the Vice President of Franchise Development for the Eastern United States. Prior to that, they spent just over a year with Total Quality Logistics as a National Expansion Recruiter. In that role, they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates from all over the country for entry-level sales positions in Cincinnati, OH.

Amy has always been driven by their desire to help others. Amy enjoys working with people and finding creative ways to solve problems. That’s what drew their to AtWork Group, where they could use their skills to help businesses find the right franchise opportunity.

Amy is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.

Amy Bollinger has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana and a certification in biology from Indiana University Bloomington. Amy is also certified by the American Staffing Association as a Certified Healthcare Professional (CHP), Technical Staffing Certification (TSC), and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP). In addition, they have a certification from Greater Atlanta ATD in Certified Training Professional and from SHRM in SHRM-CP.
