Seema Raykar

Seema Raykar, CIA, currently serves as the Director of Implementation & Professional Services at AuditBoard, a position held since December 2019, where responsibilities include advising complex, multi-national Internal Audit and Risk Management teams on best practices. Prior involvement includes serving as Sr. Manager of Corporate Compliance at Ingram Micro from May 2016 to December 2019, overseeing compliance and governance for global projects, and SOX Manager at Princess Cruises, where leadership focused on SOX program management and internal control assessments. Seema's earlier roles included Manager in the Risk Consulting Practice at Crowe Horwath LLP, where services encompassed operational audits and SOX compliance, as well as positions at Thales Avionics, UBS Wealth Management, Johnson & Johnson, Morgan Stanley, and Commerce Bank. Seema holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University.
