Will Ludlam

Will Ludlam has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Will is currently the Director of Quality Control at August Bioservices, LLC since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director Lab Operations - Oral Solid Dose at Catalent Pharma Solutions from March 2022 to September 2022. From April 2020 to January 2022, Will was the Senior Manager Site Data Integrity Lead at Novartis Gene Therapies. Before that, they worked at GSK US from March 2018 to April 2020, holding roles such as Site Data Integrity Lead and Oral Solid Dose Stability Team Manager. Will'searliest role was as an Associate/Senior Scientist at GSK US from December 2001 to June 2012. Will also has prior experience as a Senior Scientist at Global Laboratory Services, Inc. from July 1998 to December 2001, where they oversaw the implementation of the pesticide testing area and authored/reviewed the company's quality policy.

Will Ludlam earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology between the years 1994 and 1998. Will also obtained a Lean Sigma Greenbelt Certification from GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH in 2009.
