Angeles Fernandez

Angeles Fernandez brings more than 35 years of professional experience in the Latin American Market. Although she started initially in the field of asset management, she has completed more than 300 searches for CEOs, Presidents, Independent Directors, General Managers, and Directors in the financial services, consumer products, and industrial sectors focused in automotive, aerospace, and aviation industries.

Angeles is an established executive search professional in Mexico, serving clients throughout the country, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. She has also served some of her clients in the USA and Asia, Japan, and China in particular.

Before joining the search field, she was Director of Marketing and Sales for Skandia Mexico, a long-term savings and investment solutions provider. Previously, she had served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Distribution to third parties for ING Investment Management Mexico. Angeles was also Director of Private Banking for Banco Santander in Mexico. She began her career in finance at Casa de Bolsa Finamex.

Angeles was a board member of the Universidad Iberoamericana and is currently a Board member for the American School Foundation Puebla and the Universidad de las Americas Puebla, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance and her Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology. She participated in the graduate program of Executive Continuing Education at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas.
