Dr. Mario Kiggen

Dr. Mario Kiggen has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to strategy, business development, product management, and research and development. Dr. Mario is currently the Director of Strategy and Business Development at the AUMA Group. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Partner and Consultant at Kiggen, where they specialized in product management, product development, and complexity management. Dr. Mario also served as a Member of the Group Executive Board and Head of Research and Development at Dornbracht, where they played a key role in establishing development processes and standards, obtaining ISO9001 certification, and developing new products and design series. Dr. Kiggen also held leadership positions at WILO SE and Flowserve Corporation, where they oversaw group research, technology, and innovation. Dr. Mario started their career at EagleBurgmann as a Key Account Manager and Product Manager, and earlier worked as a Research Associate and Assistant at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern, focusing on monitoring rotating equipment and failure detection.

Dr. Mario Kiggen obtained their Dr.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau und Verfahrenstechnik from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, where they studied from 1992 to 2000. Dr. Mario has also acquired additional certifications throughout their career, including Agile SCRUM Master & Product Owner from EXIN (year unspecified), PRINCE2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice (year unspecified), Kommunikationsexperte Leadership from Schulz von Thun Institut für Kommunikation in 2020, CE-Koordinator from TÜV NORD Akademie GmbH & Co.
