Glen Vambe

Glen Vambe has extensive work experience in the food and hospitality industry. Glen is currently the Head of Operations at Aura Group. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at SWEETHEART KITCHEN from 2019 to 2022. Glen also worked as a Senior Patrao at Nandos LLC UAE from 2011 to 2022. Glen has held various roles at Kitopi, KIZA Restaurant & Lounge, Desert Chill Ice Cream, Restaurant Secrets Inc, Kanpai Restaurant, Nandos SA, and T.A Holdings (hygrade foods) Zimbabwe. Glen'sroles have included positions such as Satellite Kitchen Manager, Head of Operations, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Food Mart Manager. Glen has demonstrated skills in leading teams, ensuring business growth and profitability, and maintaining brand standards.

Glen Vambe completed a Diploma in Project Management and a Diploma in Operations Management at Alison College UK from 2016 to 2018. Their focus of study during this period was Operations Management and Supervision as well as Project Management. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, Glen Vambe attended Harare Polytechnic and earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hotel Catering and Management. Their field of study at that time was Hospitality Administration/Management.
