Jason Matechak

Jason P. Matechak is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various aspects of law, particularly in government contracts, compliance, and international regulations. Currently, Jason serves as Partner, Managing Principal, and Founder at Impresa Legal Group, a practice established in 2010, and as General Counsel at Aurarius Investment Group. Additionally, Jason holds the position of Director at the International Law Institute’s Center for Public Procurement Law and Policy, focusing on global legal training and research. Jason's career includes roles as General Counsel for international non-profits and experience with the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law. Jason is an alumnus of George Mason University, where a Juris Doctor degree was obtained, and has contributed to significant legal initiatives at organizations such as UNCITRAL and the International Development Law Organization.
