James Smith

James Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support, training, management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Technical Support Manager at Aura since September 2019, James successfully established the technical support team and collaborates with customer service supervisors. Previously, James worked as a Program Ready Trainer at Concentrix, where training new hires and managing escalated issues were key responsibilities.
