Karen Lieu

Karen Lieu currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Aurora since July 2023. Additionally, Lieu has been an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners since November 2017. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of People Operations at Facebook from April 2018 to January 2023 and Global Head of HR at Rubrik, Inc., where Lieu contributed to the development of a cloud data management platform. Earlier career milestones include managing People Operations and foundational HR programs at Pinterest, serving as Sr. HR Manager at Tango Me and Trianz, Inc., and holding various HR positions at Atrenta, Sourcecorp, and Siebel. Lieu holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
