Jane Petricka

Jane Petricka has a diverse work experience. Jane is currently working at Auctane as a Senior Support Operations Analyst since May 2023. Before that, they worked as a Support Operations Analyst - Voice of the Customer from August 2022 to May 2023, and as a Support Operations Analyst from September 2021 to November 2022. Prior to their role at Auctane, they were a Major Accounts - User Success Specialist from April 2021 to September 2021, and a User Success Specialist from April 2020 to April 2021.

In addition to their work in the tech industry, Jane also has experience in coaching and hospitality. Jane worked as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Austin Performance Volleyball since November 2018. At Flagship Restaurant Group, they served as a Server from February 2019 to December 2019.

Before entering the tech and coaching fields, they were employed at Victoria's Secret Pink as a TAP Supervisor from April 2015 to December 2019. Jane also worked at Altar'd State as a Guest Lead from September 2018 to January 2019.

Jane Petricka attended Santa Barbara City College from 2013 to 2016, where they studied psychology. Jane did not obtain a degree during this period. In September 2022, Jane also received a certification in Customer Experience: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn.
