Ryan M. Arens

Ryan Arens serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at Austin Regional Clinic (ARC) since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel and Director of Population Health Legal Services at MedCost from February 2019 to July 2021, and Associate General Counsel at CHESS Health Enablement Solutions from August 2014 to December 2019. Additional positions held include Associate Counsel at Wake Forest Baptist Health and Associate General Counsel at Cornerstone Health Care. Ryan Arens began the legal career as a Teaching Assistant at Wake Forest University School of Law while also completing summer associate roles at Nelson Mullins. Academically, Ryan Arens holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida.
