Santiago Arreche has a diverse and extensive work experience. Santiago is currently working as a Principal Software Architect at Howdy since June 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded Hozho Software in January 2020.

In 2018, Santiago started working as a Consultant at Santiago Arreche & Asociados, where they provided technology consulting services for the Colegio de Contadores, Economistas y Administradores del Uruguay and Estudio Papich Arquitectos. Santiago focused on improving IT systems, optimizing platforms, and managing resources.

Santiago's career began at Dinamica Consultores SRL as a Developer from July 2002 to October 2004.
