Fernanda Abreu

Fernanda Abreu is an experienced professional in labor relations and human resources, currently serving as Gerente de Relações Trabalhistas at Austral Holding since June 2011. Fernanda has led a team focused on labor relations and played a key role in implementing an ESG project with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. In previous roles at Austral Holding, Fernanda achieved significant cost reductions through automation of processes and successfully managed payroll operations. Additionally, Fernanda spearheaded a strategic project to regularize employee vacation, which eliminated labor liability. Earlier experience includes positions at Vinci Partners as a bilingual receptionist and at Multirio Operações Portuárias as a commercial assistant. Fernanda holds a specialization in Human Resources from FGV and a degree in Letras from UERJ.
