Nancy Loomba

Multicultural Community Ambassador at Australian Football League

Nancy Loomba has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nancy currently serves as a Senior Consultant for Process Governance at NAB since May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Consultant for Process Re-engineering at NAB from November 2019 to June 2022. Nancy has also held various leadership positions at NAB, including Team Leader Credit Verifications, Customer Admin/Automation People Leader, Flex Team People Leader, and Credit Assessment People Leader.

Outside of their roles at NAB, Nancy has been involved in community ambassador roles. Nancy served as a Multicultural Community Ambassador for AFL - Australian Football League and Cricket Australia. Nancy was also a Community Ambassador for Cricket Victoria, and a Multicultural Community Ambassador for Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation.

Nancy has received recognition for their leadership and contributions. Nancy was named the Young Citizen of the Year 2019 by the City of Casey. Nancy was also the Winner of Emerging Leadership in Multiculturalism 2018 awarded by Community Services. Additionally, they participated in leadership programs such as the Women in Leadership Program and Youth Leaders Australia program, both organized by Leadership Victoria.

Furthermore, Nancy served as the Young Ambassador of Banking and Finance Oath from May 2021 to May 2022.

Nancy Loomba pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from Kaplan Business School between 2012 and 2014. Nancy then went on to complete a Professional Year Course in Accounting at Monash College from 2015 to 2016.
