National Wellbeing Manager at Australian Football League

Nicky Couston has extensive work experience in the sports industry, primarily in the Australian Football League (AFL) and Hawthorn Football Club. In their most recent position at the AFL, they served as the National Wellbeing Manager since August 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at the AFL, including Prevention Programs and Wellbeing Manager from November 2020 to November 2022, and National Talent Wellbeing Manager from February 2017 to November 2020. Nicky also worked as an Education Project Officer at the AFL from January 2016 to January 2017.
