Rosa Deverell

Rosa Deverell has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2016 as an MC for the Altona Meadows Community Centre's Christmas carols events. In 2017, they continued in the same role for another year. Moving on to 2019, Rosa took on various leadership positions at Footscray High School, including President and Vice President of the Student Representative Council. Rosa also served on the school council and played a significant role in the transition from Footscray City College to Footscray High School. In 2020, at the same high school, they were part of the graduation committee and acted as the MC. Additionally, they were responsible for designing and organizing year 12 clothing. In 2021, Rosa gained industry experience by working as a waitress and order taker at La Porchetta. During the same year, they also took on the role of Social Media/Media Assistant for VFL & VFLW at the Sandringham Football Club. Rosa created media content and developed communication and branding skills. Later in 2021, Rosa worked as a Social Media Officer and then as a Social Coordinator at Monash Marketing Students' Society. In both roles, they focused on managing the society's social media platforms. Also in 2021, Rosa started working for the Women's Coaching Association as a Social Media Lead, responsible for running their social media platforms and creating personalized content. Lastly, they joined the Western Bulldogs in 2021, initially as a Membership Services Administrator, where they provided customer sales and service and efficiently processed membership sales and inquiries. Later, they became a Fan Engagement Officer, promoting the Western Bulldogs through various activations. Currently, Rosa is working for the AFL - Australian Football League as the AFLW Social Media Producer and the Aussie Rules Social Media Lead.

Rosa Deverell pursued their education at Monash University from 2021 to 2024, where they enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
