Bill Richards

Bill Richards is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at the Australian National Maritime Museum. Prior to this role, Bill held positions such as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The University of Notre Dame Australia and as the People and Culture Manager at Harbour Trust. With a background in Human Resources and Organisational Development, Bill has extensive experience in leading and managing teams, resolving employee relations issues, and implementing talent management strategies. Bill has a Master of Business Administration degree from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, along with other qualifications in management and business administration.
