Erin Lafferty

Erin Lafferty has over a decade of experience in human resources and people management. Their most recent role is as the Lead People Business Partner at the Australian Retirement Trust, where they are responsible for overseeing HR operations and developing strategic initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Sunsuper as a People & Culture Business Partner, where they played a key role in supporting a complex merger between two companies. Erin also held positions at 4impact Group, Stanwell Corporation Limited, Cardno, and Suncorp Group, where they gained experience in talent management, change management, and employee relations. Erin has a strong track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience. Erin has a diverse range of skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Erin Lafferty obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Griffith University in 2004. Erin then pursued further education in Organizational Coaching at the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership in 2018. Erin also holds additional certifications in Prosci Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in 2019 and Mercer Job Evaluations and HAY Job Evaluation from Mercer and Korn Ferry HAY Group in 2009 and 2006 respectively.
