Maria Ray

Maria Ray, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Maria is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at MissionSquare Retirement, formerly known as ICMA-RC, since April 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at ICMA-RC, starting in 2014. During their time there, they held the positions of Talent Acquisition Manager from June 2017 to April 2021 and Staffing Consultant from July 2014 to June 2017.

Before joining ICMA-RC, Maria worked as a Talent Recruiter on a contract basis at the National Restaurant Association from July 2013 to July 2014. Maria also served as a Corporate Recruiter on contract at Total Site Solutions from December 2012 to July 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Recruiter on contract at TRI-COR Industries, Inc. from July 2012 to December 2012, and at Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. from April 2012 to June 2012. Maria also holds additional certifications, including the AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and the AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS.
