John Normand

John Normand currently serves as the Head of Investment Strategy at AustralianSuper, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, John Normand had a long tenure at J.P. Morgan from July 1997 to August 2021, where various roles included Head of Cross-Asset Strategy and Head of Global FX Strategy. Earlier experience includes positions at UBS Global Asset Management as a Global Fixed Income Strategist and at The World Bank as a Researcher in the Latin American Division. John's academic qualifications include an MSc with Distinction in Philosophy & Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MPA in Economics & Public Policy from Princeton University, and a BA (magna cum laude) in Economics from Georgetown University, complemented by a semester abroad at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
