Kelcey Wilson has extensive experience in the software engineering and web development fields. Kelcey began their career in 2000 as a Proofreading Supervisor at Learning Tree International. In this role, they managed up to six proofreaders in the bimonthly production of seven catalogs and a range of collateral. In 1996, they began working at Harvard Business School as a Casual and Production Editor. In this role, they learned all the necessary skills to bring the quarterly scholarly journal up to date in two years. In 2007, they ran for US President as an unaffiliated candidate for their master's thesis project. In 2008, they took over Cappuccino Cottage, a small coffee shop that was losing money, and turned it into a profitable business in one year. In 2013, they worked as an Office Manager and Logistics Specialist at Yerdle, and then as an Office Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at Barbara Lee For Congress. In 2017, they worked as a Software Engineer Apprentice at Learners Guild and a Software Engineer at Plenty Nutrition Consulting. Finally, in 2019, they began working as a Web Development Engineer at Authentic8.

Kelcey Wilson received a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Boston College, a Master of Arts in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General from San Diego State University, and attended Pasadena Polytechnic School. In 2016-2017, Kelcey Wilson attended Coding Dojo for Computer Software Engineering.
